Cheapness is why people people prefer to settle in Sydney or Melbourne, BO. If you have evidence to the contracy, please present it, please don't just sound off. Tut, tut.
Clearly you wouldn't know shit from clay if you tried to make coffee mugs out of it.

If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

All depends on how many bedrooms you want and where you want to live, mate.

Fairfield looks OK to me, at an average of about $275 a week. Same for Penrith and 'round that are similar for a one bedroom flat. Of course, if you're willing to share, you can go larger. Not everybody is looking for a 4 bedroom flat in Mosman, you realise?

However, I am not overly interested in proving you wrong. It is up to you to prove yourself right. At the moment there is little evidence of what you're claiming. Tut, tut.

There is no date on that article Brian. From clicking around her various links though it seems it is dated around 2015. Hmmm.

Not surprised you chose 1 bedders in Fairfield though. Don't go outside without your burqa on or you could be in trouble

93 percent of people in a poll on A Current Affair with 35,000 responses voted to abandon Multiculturalism .....

We were never asked if we wanted it.
We were never allowed to vote on it.
The Government continually tweaks it but never gets it right.
It is a failed social policy where ever it is implemented. :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl
Good.
Except there is no link to the claimed Survey - never has been in fact - and so he cannot prove it actually occurred. He never accepts that such phone-in surveys were and still are apt to be fooled by multiple phone-ups from a single number.

WRONG BWIAN... JUST A LIE ANOTHER OF YOUR MANY LIES....

The Survey here from the Scanlon Foundation
- has 85% of Australians support Multiculturalism - https://www.monash.edu/__data/assets/pd ... t-2017.pdf. He hates such a viewpoint for some reason. To him, Multiculturalism must be, is a complete and total failure 'cause he appears to hate the idea that migrant citizens have the same rights as natural born citizens. Tut, tut.

TUT TUT THE SCANLON FOUNDATION A LW PROGRESSIVE BIG AUSTRALIA THINK TANK.... OH DEAR WHAT DO YOU THINK SUCH A GROUP WOULD SAY... THEIR SURVEY RESULTS HAVE BEEN REFUTED BY TAPRI - THE AUSTRALIAN POPULATION RESEARCH INSTITUTE.... OH AND BWIAN... THE SCANLON SURVEY IS MUCH SMALLER AMD LESS RANDOM THEN EVEN THE ACA ONE.... LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE...

In reality, any Government policy to be measured a success must be successful for the overwhelming majority of citizens, most of the time and Multiculturalism in Australia answers that criteria.

MULTICULTURALISM HAS NEVER WORKED AND HAS CONTINUALLY BEEN TWEAKED AND STILL DOESN'T WORK AND NOW WE EVEN HAVE TERRORIST IN OUR MIDST. THOSE OF US AT THE COAL-FACE BWIAN DON'T WANT IT. :du :du :du :du :du

Tut tut to you Brian, if you wish to become a citizen of any country you elect, or are REQUIRED, to learn the language. Still no soup for you.

My son's girlfriend is here on a student visa from Brazil and she was forced to pay $5,000 per month for 3 months (one class per week) in English ... of which she already speaks quite adequately ... yet we hand out citizenship papers like lollies without caring if they speak English or not. That is what is not fair.
Better to have them inside the tent pissing out than outside, pissing in, BO.

We have tightened the language rules quite appreciably over the last couple of years because of whinges like yours. Before the tightening, immigrants got by with an adequate grasp of English - sufficient to make themselves understood when they went shopping down at the markets. You appear to think they should be speaking University Level English. Unfortunately, not many real Australians are that well educated. Just keep showing your Xenophobia. It is far more convincing of my side of the argument than it is of yours.
UNFORTUNATELY BRIAN YOU ARE INSIDE THE TENT PISSING OVER EVERYONE MORE SENSIBLE THAN YOU WHO DISAGREE WITH YOU LEFTIST APOLOGIST PROG NONSENSE...

Brian your comprehension skills need a lot of work.
Most migrants understand common English - they have to, in order to survive, to shop, to talk to people about their needs and so on.
Wrong!! Spend a week in Sydney and get an education, Brian. Your extremely naive and limited perception may be relevant to some small town in Perth but is absolutely irrelevant to the areas where 85% plus of all immigrants are dumped to settle in their enclaves. Whole suburbs have shops with absolutely no English on them which, incidentally, is supposed to be illegal. They drive cars yet cannot read street signs.

And no Brian that is not xenophobic. It's reality. You need to get out more.
I have regular spent more than a week in Sydney and Melbourne, BO. I didn't have any problems there. Are you suggesting that migrants don't learn any English at all? If you are, then you are more foolish than I believed. People aren't "dumped" in Sydney or Melbourne - they settle there. Why? Because they want to settle where it is cheap and where people like themselves live. Remove the first incentive and the second one will be reduced. Tax them if they live in or near cities you don't want them to live in and they will settle where they aren't taxed.
Now you are saying they want to live n Sydney because it is cheap? Brian you do not have a clue. Not one clue!
It is cheaper to rent than to buy, BO. You seem to assume that 'cause some people have problems purchasing their homes 'cause they are deemed "too expensive", everybody faces that problem. You don't think that Migrants might be willing to accept a standard of living lower than most established Australians?

Cheapness is why people people prefer to settle in Sydney or Melbourne, BO. If you have evidence to the contracy, please present it, please don't just sound off. Tut, tut.
LOL
YOU KNOW NOTHING BRIAN.... IN SYDNEY A FAMILY IN A 3 BED TOWNHOUSE STRATA TITLED IN A LESS THAN AFFLUENT AREA WILL COST YOU ST LEAST $450-$550 A WEEK

CHECKED OUT FAIRFIELD BRIAN... 3 BED, 1 BATH 1 CARPORT FIBRO RUNDOWN STAND ALONE HOME, $499/W.....

FROM YOUR ARTICLE BRIAN...
The bulk of your monthly cost of living is going to be your rent. For a one bedroom apartment in Sydney plan on spending $450 to $550 a week minimum. Anything less and you’re looking at a very small place which might work for you or a place that is bug infested. Two bedroom apartments start at about $650 a week minimum.
