Brian your comprehension skills need a lot of work.
Most migrants understand common English - they have to, in order to survive, to shop, to talk to people about their needs and so on.
Wrong!! Spend a week in Sydney and get an education, Brian. Your extremely naive and limited perception may be relevant to some small town in Perth but is absolutely irrelevant to the areas where 85% plus of all immigrants are dumped to settle in their enclaves. Whole suburbs have shops with absolutely no English on them which, incidentally, is supposed to be illegal. They drive cars yet cannot read street signs.

And no Brian that is not xenophobic. It's reality. You need to get out more.

I have regular spent more than a week in Sydney and Melbourne, BO. I didn't have any problems there. Are you suggesting that migrants don't learn any English at all? If you are, then you are more foolish than I believed. People aren't "dumped" in Sydney or Melbourne - they settle there. Why? Because they want to settle where it is cheap and where people like themselves live. Remove the first incentive and the second one will be reduced. Tax them if they live in or near cities you don't want them to live in and they will settle where they aren't taxed.

It is cheaper to rent than to buy, BO. You seem to assume that 'cause some people have problems purchasing their homes 'cause they are deemed "too expensive", everybody faces that problem. You don't think that Migrants might be willing to accept a standard of living lower than most established Australians?

Cheapness is why people people prefer to settle in Sydney or Melbourne, BO. If you have evidence to the contracy, please present it, please don't just sound off. Tut, tut.

You have no clue Brian. Seriously!

If they wanted 'cheap' they certainly wouldn't choose Sydney or Melbourne

I am ... while still in Sydney working at one of my father's businesses we had a Yogoslav bloke who spoke no English ... not that could be understood anyway. The Fed Govt paid 75% of his wage (Jobs for wogs scheme) just so the old man would employ him.
The old man went to U$A with his sports club for a few weeks, so his manager was in charge. Usually the pay-roll (when armoured trucks still delivered cash) went up stairs, but on this occasion it went to the manager's office down stairs. When some would be robbers tried doing a pay roll job they went upstairs. Jimmy the Yugoslav started blabbering and waving his arms around, and we just said "What's he going on about?" and ignored it.
It wasn't until I went upstairs, saw the broken office window, through which I saw the safe sitting in the front garden, and then an abandoned balaclava at the bottom of the stairs that we realised what had happened.
When the old man sacked Jimmy the Yugoslav, apparently he was happy because on the dole with 7 kids he got more than for being a process worker + extra benefits.

A bloke I knew ran into another person's car. He was in the process of exchanging particulars when he realised this character couldn't speak or read English, so he wrote "Bugs Bunny - 36 The Harbour Bridge".
People aren't "dumped" in Sydney or Melbourne - they settle there. Why? Because they want to settle where it is cheap ...
Thought you reckoned you'd spent time in Sydney ... well I originate from Sydney, and if you'd spent any time there you'd know the only thing cheap in Sydney are cars ('coz people can't afford the rego) and half an hour with a Chinese girl in a Bankstown brothel.

Sydney is so chock full of wogs, about 1000 Aussies a month (or a week - forget which) move out ... to SE Qld ... Traffic in Brisbane is now almost as bad as Sydney.

You shit for brains lefties are fine with wrecking the place with ethnic overload til you have to live with them yourselves.
Best example I've heard is where all these lefties in Melbourne were pro-immigration til their kids school was inundated with African kids, so they pulled their own kids out of that school.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?
