No Aussie, that is a paraphrasing of the defense position.

That is very naughty of you boxy because the actual evidence was that she lunged at him with the glass, he defended, deflected, and after that...........???........???..........no evidence.boxy wrote:No Aussie, that is a paraphrasing of the defense position.
Section 23 of the Qld Criminal Code......as it was when Noah built the ark.
Bird is innocent, and as for Tiger, fact is, I conject.....I am even willing to speculate.................hell hath no fury like a Scandinavian woman scorned at those night hours! She was giving the Tiger plenty about breaking news concerning his shagging scrags, she even hit the Wuss with some claws.....he decides to run to the SUV. She ain't giving in, grabs a golf club, and as Tiger is trying to flee in the SUV, she belts the vehicle, he loses control and has FOUR impacts with stationary objects.
Am I close?

Re: Keeping Tiger in the Tank!
lol.
Tiger took some abuse, but decided to leave the scene until things calmed down, unsuccessfully, as it turns out, and was further injured.
Bird took some abuse, but decided that forcing the glass back in his birds face, and then trying to tell the authorities that his mate did it, was the best option available.
And yet somehow Tiger is the one that deserves Aussies wrath, instead of "good luck"? Yes, very interesting.

The identity of Tiger's harem is growing daily - and they are all white. Yet the black community set this man up as a role model. Hmmmm....

Tiger is a quadroon, or an octoroon, or a macaroon.

Your comment suggests that you find it an important factor as well
Tiger's really taking a beating over this now. Time for him to get back out on the greens, I think, doing what he does best. Hitting a little white ball as far as he can, and then chasing it so he can hit it again.
