Waiting for my slab of Lasagna to cool down from the oven.
I only have dinners. No lunch or breakfast. It will only last this night😋
Me too - only one proper meal per day other wise I'd be as fat as a pig.

It was so hot and humid tonight that all I could think of to eat was salad.
Pastrami and super food salad with tiger bread buns.
Would that have been good enough for anyone here?

Yeah. The heat makes me eat less.

By right, I should be eating 'Summer foods' like Salads, etc. Not bloody lasagna. I could only eat half before feeling overheated.

Top 10 Summer Foods and/or Dinner suggestions anyone?

Yes - hot roast dinners or high carb foods make me feel sick in summer.

Light salads are the go.

Good choice, Bobby. Meat or fish/prawns and salad for me. I like the tiger Vienna loaf that I can slice. It's Coles best imo. Their Banh Mi rolls are good too but only on the day they are bought.

I might start this one meal a day challenge, to get back to my pre- RA ( before tonns of steroids) goal weight. I am a brunch muncher, might make this my main meal .

Yes - the 3 meals a day culture is nonsense.

Just one hamburger - even without the chips and a can of coke
has all the calories you need for one day -
especially when you get to over 40 years old and you're not physically active.
