Cooking corned beef right now. In my new pressure cooker. It will be ready in 120 minutes 70 minutes of cooking + 50 minutes of it resting in its juices. Hubby is working from home today and keeps asking me when it's going to be ready

Kitchen smells beautiful. Must be the sugar and cloves and malt vinegar hmmm mmmmmm.

Was funny, Larry reckoned he had contacted SAPOL and SA Health about me, that I needed domicillary care. Sure, I travel regularly to and from Tasmania, driving Adel–Melb and took care without the help of family of my old demented Mum and managed to slow the progress of the dementia for years but *I* need domiciliary care?

I realised immediately that LARRY was receiving domiciliary care! So, weight and age rather more than he repetitively posts here and OzPol. Bit of a slip up there, Larry!
