My No1 is a Federal ICAC with teeth.

Something like the NSW one!

Must include politicians being able to be investigated

Tighten eligibility for the dole. Those who do qualify should only do so IF they meet all their mutual obligations.
Those who still don't find work after 6 months should be forced into training so as to advance their skills base.

What a cluster fuck they left in regards to energy. It turns out they were warned in advance that there would be a supply issue, but buried it because there was an election coming, rather than taking steps to try and limit the damage. They should be jailed for criminal negligence.
