John, what Browser and version of it are you using?

This may help identify if the issue is in your configuration. (or not)

What OS as well?

Am using firefox ... I assume it's the latest version as it updates automatically

I had the same issue when I first joined here and it was fixed by BO (or Bobby) I think it was going into the ACP area and modifying an individuals settings, mine in other words.
