Men of my father's generation couldn't/didn't cook except for BBQing but men nowadays tend to cook and cook well. Quite often better than women.

Yes they do although I got the ingredients for a chicken dish and cheesecake last week because I was the one going to the supermarket.

BTW Lobster Mornay is my favourite but they don't cook that because they don't eat seafood lol.

Sounds like a good idea, at least you have all the ingredients there ready and waiting. All males should be able to cook something decent and not just "spag bol". Mothers tend to spoil boys and when the boys marry they expect The Wife to play Mother too. That wears a bit thin after a few years.

Things have changed. My son's fiancee can't cook for crap so he'd have to do much of the cooking but I can see a lot of home deliveries in their future unless she makes an effort to learn.
