When a person is killed in the heat of the moment like this, there is no premeditation or religious implications. Homicide is not always murder.

I guess the jury thought getting rogered while asleep was extreme provocation.

I think it was not premediated and he was in shock.

So I am OK with the verdict. I would also be happy if a women also did this to him. Sexuality doesn't play a part in my opinion here. Sexual assault is just that. In the heat of the moment, the victim has a right to defend themselves. His reaction was extreme but understandable, IMO.

The problem is with the lack of evidence. The victim cries rape, yet the only semen to be found was his own! The alleged rapist did not ejaculate. Nor were there any other signs of sexual activity!
