I think it was not premediated and he was in shock.

So I am OK with the verdict. I would also be happy if a women also did this to him. Sexuality doesn't play a part in my opinion here. Sexual assault is just that. In the heat of the moment, the victim has a right to defend themselves. His reaction was extreme but understandable, IMO.

No. Those who believe in it swear on it. Those who don't are invited by the Judge to make an 'affirmation' to tell the truth etc.
