he did say he will get rid of fossil fuel loud and clear....I wonder what plans he has for the men and women who work the oil industry
Not sure. But there would be plenty of jobs created in the growth in the electric car industry.
Also, plenty of jobs to be found in alternative energy sources.
I hope you are right nom!
I heard the other day that there is a huge demand for truck drivers in the US.
Also as the world becomes more automated, people will be freed from menial work to pursue work that robots suck at... So service industries will go through growth.
Coding is a growth industry... can't have aps without codes
Then there is the spirit of the entrepreneur coursing through many an American.
"But you will run your kunt mouth at me. And I will take it, to play poker."

I hate to disagree so much in one post because it sounds like I'm piling on, but here goes. Truck driving will be obsolete in 10 years because of self driving trucks. Service industries will be your safest bet on career choices. Maintenance and repair will be another. Entrepreneurship will be squashed by high taxes and big business being favored by government because of lobbying.

My nephew works for Rio Tinto in Western Australia and they have driverless trucks. In fact he told me they have to vary the programmed paths they use periodically as they will wear grooves in the road by going over the same precise paths.

Well, in truth, I was just summarizing some of the things I gleaned from the Youtube clip that I have now linked.
As to self driving, the guest in that video above, points out that such things are at least 20 years away, and even then, it may take a further two decades to roll-out the program. None of that detracts from the current need for truck drivers.
Turns out, that it is easier to have a self driving mining truck in a mine, than to have a self driving truck sharing the road with unpredictable people! Who would have thunk it!
Even Uber has moved away from the driverless car, because it is taking too long to derive a profit.
As always, our dreams are still hampered by our current reality.
As to the rest Tex, I disagree... respectfully.

It really doesn't matter what plans biden has, he is just a puppet who will leave office as soon as he is told. If his dementia doesn't get him his crooked family dealing overseas will. Or if he is stubborn he will just not wake up one morning, he will not be there for four years.
Taxpayers are the modern equivalent of Hebrew slaves building the pyramids for the Egyptian political class.
Hey @FBI @GBI_GA @BrianKempGA @GeoffDuncanGA & @GaSecofState
, why are there boxes of GA mail ballots hidden in warehouse in Fulton County, many shipped from Arizona?
Biden Throwing a Conniption That Twitter Wouldn't Transfer Trump's Followers to Him.
This was definitely the funniest thing I’ve read so far today.
Joe Biden, who had difficulty having anyone come to any of his events, whose “rallies” may have had those poor little social distancing circles, just not a lot of supporters, is now really upset that Twitter wouldn’t just turn over to him the presidential Twitter account with President Donald Trump’s massive number of followers.
Twitter has decided that while they are turning over the @POTUS and @WhiteHouse accounts to Biden, the account followers will be wiped to zero, that followers will be notified of the change of account and given the choice if they want to continue to follow. Some media initially falsely claimed this was the president’s decision, but Twitter made it clear that it was theirs and theirs alone.
