Remember, Boxy, you are there as duly elected Secretary of freeloader to serve the Members. So, serve. Explain this dichotomy, and soon, wot. Your deadline approaches.
Bump for boxy.

So, boxy, what's the go here? How do the votes work?

Yes = update the constitution as stated in the OP.
No = stick with what we have, warts'n'all.

So, what does this mean.....from freeloader???

Unfortunately you can't vote no to the current one. You have to replace it with an alternative.
Is that a fist up your arse, boxy?

Explain what is the go? What does a 'no' vote mean?

Aussie, boxy is playing hard to get, unlike you who used to come begging for me to press your buttons and turn your knobs.

If you want a third option, you need to have another vote. There are only two options here.

Well we can't leave the thing the way it is, the updated version has to be better than that. So I vote yes.

Oh no dear little sister! There is a third option--vote no and work can begin on working out a much simpler, clearer, user-friendly version! Trying to update the heap pf crap that is the constitution now is pointless!
