Anthony Sampieri, 55, was arrested after he attacked and choked the seven-year-old girl in a locked toilet cubicle at the Kogarah studio in November last year.

He was also accused of filming the incident.

He appeared via video link in Sydney's Central Local Court and pleaded guilty to 10 of the 15 charges against him, including sexual intercourse with a child, choking, indecent assault and wounding.

The prosecution withdrew the remaining five charges.

Magistrate Robert Williams adjourned the matter for sentence in the District Court on June 21.

At the time of the rape, the father of another child bashed down the toilet cubicle door and was stabbed several times by Sampieri.

A dentist working in the same building then restrained Sampieri until police arrived.

The seven-year-old girl and the alleged attacker were not known to one another.

Police have praised the father for intervening and said he began looking for the girl after she could not be accounted for.

Sampieri is also facing nearly 30 charges laid over allegations he made dozens of obscene phone calls to women in the lead up to the incident.

Another example of our beloved and fair "justice" system fucking people over.

Today Sampieri was sentenced to life in prison for the horrific attack on a young girl in public toilets in November 2018.

The 56-year-old pleaded guilty to 10 charges related to the attack including three counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 10.
In sentencing, Judge Paul Conlon in the Downing Centre District Court described the crime as "sexual abuse of the most horrifying and degrading kind".
