Here's tidbit of personal info for you. I used to be an editor in broadcast TV. (I actually even perused a contract for AJ at one stage).

In news editing when you condense a timeline you insert a video clue like a 10 frame white flash which shows viewers an edit has occurred. That's called ethical editing.

What my keen eyes can see in this video is the timeline has been screwed with and they video isn't IN chronological order, this takes them to the ethical level of ACA/TT.

Editing out non relevant bits is fine but cobbling together different portions of a long conversation to change context is dodgy.

I actually don't think they intended to gaol her, Black Orchid. That was a by-product of the Terry Sharples case, which Abbott was involved in, indirectly, providing funds to sue the PHONies. When the magistrate in that case uttered the words, "knowingly defrauded the Commonwealth," the AFP was duty bound to step in and investigate. From that investigation came the fraud charges which put her and David Ettridge away. It was all, basically an accident as far as Howard and Abbott were concerned. They just wanted her to have defrauded Sharples over electoral funding which would have more than likely ended with a fine.

As to my post, I believe I definitely have a case. You talk about the ALP in less than glowing terms and the Tories rarely get criticised.
