I have been feeling a little down and out myself for the past few days and that's unusual for me. Maybe it's the planetary lineup at present

Sorry about your work mates. It's a bad time to lose your job leading up to Christmas which is only about 9 weeks away and that is enough to depress anyone all by itself.

Maybe we should hold a pity party *hic* :beer
I think it is quite normal and natural to be ' ..... feeling a little down and out myself for the past few days .... '

It happens. As long as you realise that.
This is just a passing stage.
When the change comes, it will be ok .

Boys definitely do need more attention and positive reinforcement and maybe we sometimes forget that in our every day battles to just live and get on with things.

Yes.
Boys are very sensitive

So you can all get fucked....
How about a hug instead? 8-)

That would be nice,,, My life is a little complicated at the moment, Not bad , Just a lot of things happening, Im in my new dweling, no insulation so a little cool witrh the sutherly that is blowing at the moment, work was great a couple of months back, but has turned to shit,, Not for me , but a couple of guys I have worked with for around 15 years are going to loose their jobs,And one I first worked with in the mid 80's
Look at it from a different perspective.
You now have opportunity to change
Your workmates may have been unhappy and now they have nothing holding them back from changing for the better.

Life is generally shite most of the time
It just make those few moments that are great, even better.

Never give up
Never let it beat you.

Strive for better, always
Prove you are stronger, better, tougher than life.

Valk we all have the ability to change, But some times there is just to much happening, you only have two hands and cant grab three things at the same time,,

Don't let it get to you.
Take it in bite sized chunks
Take a step back
Ask yourself, "what can I change, and what can't I change?"
For the time being, ignore that which you cannot change.
It's not easy, but there is nothing you can do.
Attack the things you can change.

It's hard, but never give up.
Stand tall, you can do it
Done ever let it beat you.
Find a friend and converse with them.

Life is a series of challenges
Keep fighting.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

Sorry for your loss, BigP.

May I say that a sign of "depression" can be a THYROID problem, easily remedied. GPs tend to forget that males have a thyroid too. IF you feel "down" have a simple blood test to check your thyroid!
