Depends if they come as Refugees or not, mate. Under the UN Convention on Refugees, the US cannot refuse thier right to enter the US. It is then up to the US to follow the established guidelines and determine if they are genuine in seeking Asylum. No one is disputing that, so I am unsure where you are coming from.

The US is a nation of immigrants, many of whom were refugees, fleeing oppression, hatred and violence. What is the difference from these people? That they came later? Trumps efforts to block refugees and immigration is not new. The US has undergone several previous efforts. Look up the "No Nothings". Do they remind you of anybody around here? Mmmm?

Their is a significant slice of the American population who came to the US as refugees, who are descended from refugee migrants and who understand what their nation's heritage is. I am not attempting to enter the US (thankfully). I am pointing out that the "Know Nothings" are wrong in attempting to stop Refugees and Migrants entering the US. Fancy that? Someone being serious, hey?

No, I am not scared of homosexuals at all. They don't bother me. However, females (like Phelps) who didn't realise that she was a Lesbian until AFTER she had been married to a male and had 2 children and was almost 40, strikes me as rather strange. Ditto males who do the same. It's not as though they were going to get thrown into Gaol for being homosexual. Last Chance Homo, perhaps?

Real Gays and Lesbians (in my opinion) realise that they are so at PUBERTY or soon thereafter, NOT 20+ years later, after a failed marriage.
