The general rule of thumb Mal , is any charge that is put before a Judge, Jury or both must be proven before a conviction is lodged,,

Collective evidence can be taken into consideration also, ie, prior convictions, criminal history etc.

Forensic evidence also, ie, some defendant's may have had their computers forensically examined at some point due to an unrelated matter and evidence taken from this examination can lead to an arrest.

Proof is a broad church.

In NZ prior convictions can only be considered during sentencing. every case is considered on its merits

Its just "hearsay" these days...

Any woman can accuse a man of doing whatever these days and then thats it..

HE'S GUILTY...

Take Doyle for instance... a few woman that decided that they hated him destroyed him..

he touched me therefore he sexually assaulted me... ffs.. :roll:
