This isn't political, it's just stupid.

The name, the petition, everything.

Goes off to check Snopes, sure in the feeling that this is some sort of hoax.

And it isn't actually vegemite they are selling as iSnack.

Couldn't give a shit tho, hate the black smelly shit.

In a prison here in SA someone knew what Vegemite is, autolysed yeast cells. He figured there might be some live yeast cells in it so dissolved his V ration in a glass of water to which some sugar was added and sure enough, found some live yeast and started making prison hooch!

Of course, you can actually get a yeast culture just exposing a growth medium--sugar water--to air.

No wort, wasn't making beer. Fruit juice most likely, fortified with cane sugar. Yum I am sure, NOT! But vegemite is still banned at that prison :)
