THE psychiatrist who once treated Sydney terrorist Khaled Sharrouf has had his ­office raided and files confiscated by Australian Federal Police investigating allegations of broader Disability Support Pension scam.

Psychiatrist Ishrat Ali treated Islamic State terrorist Sharrouf before he headed to Syria to join the terror cult.

Sharrouf was still drawing his fortnightly $766 disability pension cheque when he left Australia.

Yesterday, Dr Ali confirmed his office was raided by Federal Police officers in September 2013 after he filed an unrelated report a Sydney businessman was intellectually disabled to allow him to draw the DSP.

He claimed he signed off on ­reports that businessman Maan Charrouf was mentally disabled based on an assessment by psychologist Dr Joseph D’Silva, whose office was also raided.

DSP in general, not just Mozzie spongers in on the scam, is a rort.
I continually meet people on DSP who obviously have nothing wrong with them.
So it's hardly surprising there's more people on DSP than the dole.
But wait, there's more. This scam also involves a hoarde of 'Carers'.

All you've got to do is get someone with a mental deficency to apply, and once granted, apply to be their carer, then you get a pension too.

I remember when Abbott wanted to restrict the dole to under 30s for 6 months, thinking
"Hey wait a minute, jobs are in decline as the resouces boom dwindles, and hungry people resort to crime if need be. Meanwhile we've got a heap of fake disabled people and almost as many pretending to look after them. Sooner or later they (govt) will address the DSP rorts and penalise a heap of genuine recipients to balance the budget.

Well that's not true Yogi, it's harder to get a Carer's pension than that.
I know that Muslims (Arabs) have rorted our welfare system well and truly from what they've told me personally. I've seen them and heard them brag about it. It's been happening for decades.

But I also think because the Newstart allowance is so poor that some Drs have been compassionate to some patients and recommended them for the DSP. Now even so, it is not that simple to get.

A spokeswoman for Social Services Minister Scott Morrison said there were about 860,000 carers nationwide who claimed income support from the government, costing taxpayers $8 billion.

"The higher the level of these payments, the fewer the carers the system will be able to support sustainably in the future," she said.

That's just the bill for "carers". What is the bill for people on the DSP?

I have heard, recently, about a married couple who are registered as "brother and sister", who are "renting" a house that they have a mortgage on (so get rental assistance). Both are on the DSP and both have jobs (the guy has his own business). This was told to me and I recommended that he tell Centrelink. He said he already had and had taken in documents that proved their situation but that Centrelink doesn't want to know about it. These people are Australians, and not Muslim.

I also know of another woman on DSP (but there is nothing wrong with her, except that she is fat and lazy) who has her boyfriend living there (he actually works) and this person has also been reported to Centrelink. The idiots at Centrelink don't care.

Plus I know of a couple in Brisbane. The female weighs 350 pounds (160 k) who is "too fat" to work (or walk anywhere) so she is on the DSP. Her husband gave up his job to be a full time carer and gets that allowance plus a pension. They have 3 kids. The woman's Mother (on the Age Pension) is "needed" to babysit the kids and help with the cleaning!

I don't know any of these people personally. If I did I would shame and name as well as make a fuss at Centrelink. Reporting it doesn't seem to make any difference and people are still getting away with lying through their teeth.

The above article is about someone crying that she has nowhere to live so I expect she will be wanting Government housing, etc.
