Pizza night tonight!

Making base with compressed yeast & organic plain flour--better flavor.

One will have whole slices of pancetta all over it--I fucking hate 'pizza' with everything shredded into anonymous slivers.

The other one will be done as four small pizzas with mascarpone, sliced field mushrooms and shaved pecorino cheese, with a thyme/basil/garlic EVOO over all. Will 'shave' the cheese using a potato peeler, reaaaaallllllyyyyyy thin!

The field mushroom pizza recipe comes from Gourmet Traveller.

Sunday will have barramundi--couple of fresh (unfrozen) skin-on fillets. Anyone have a great recipe for this?

Will have Dutch Creme homegrown spuds and spinach with it.

BTW: rhubarb, spinach and silverbeet--chard--all have oxalic acid in them, unwise to have more than one serve of any of them in a week.

Use the Barra as bait to catch some Whiting. Much better fish IMO.

Ha! That may be, in fact probably is, but I am not the only one involved in this so it is not always just what I want.

I think barra are probably great fish to catch. . .

I wish I could eat fish but I seem to get really sick everytime I eat it so I avoid it now. I demand red meat and lots of it. Meat and Livestock Australia absolutely love me :D

so you'd like the pizza.

Is it fish or all seafood makes you sick?

10Kg second grade Granny smiths will start being turned into applebutter tomorrow morning!

AB is great with cheese: cracker, dollop AB and then slice or wedge of cheese.

Also bought heap of spinach, caukli, broccoli, onion etc seedlings--will go out in a minute and start planting!

Lemon chicken sounds good! Lemme know when you find a good recipe

Can make a little curry with them, or coat in lemon myrtle flour and fry a bit like wiener schnitzel
