Personally, I think it far better to have costed them first.
Take Rudd's sweeping plan for northern Australia, ... yet he admits that the company tax cut has not yet been costed.
I think the take home message is simple, do you want more yet-to-be costed pre-electoral promises/sweeteners/bribes from the Kevin Rudd/Labor camp, or fully costed policies you can take to the bank?
The Coalition are taking their time because they don’t want to roll-out policies and promises they cant keep.
