My question is... do the PNG people and their government know just how misleading this policy is, and how Rudd stands virtually no chance of keeping his end of the bargain following his electoral defeat
What electoral defeat? According to you there is a massive world government conspiracy that Rudd is part of and phoney Tony isn't. No way could Rudd lose. :nah

The UN may have a degree of pull globally speaking, but they don't have the same gravitas here in Australia (Yet) they have in many now bankrupt European nations, and other UN-ified skull-fucked minion nations around the world just yet.

Theres still hope for our nation, for we aren't quite political zombies yet Skip.
Well, not all of us anyway.
Labor may have been indoctrinated, this and allow the UN to devise their policies ..Think A21 (Agenda 21) and LA21 (local Agenda 21) but we Liberals are still capable of thinking for ourselves, and wont be dictated to by those who would rather we didn't.

8-) We aren't all UN meat muppets Skip.

Post election.....

Watch Rudd and Gillard scurry like rodents to assume positions within the UN .... Rudd already has, and Gillard is currently eyeing off some new Wimmins-lib seat within the UN fanny council.

Sounds like you're starting to get worried Skip. You know as well as everyone else Captain Chaos is a hollowman and his PNG open cheque book policy is already unravelling.

Maybe you conga line of suckholes should spend more time reading policy rather than cheer leading in your skirt and pom poms. The only effect it will have on boats will be a sugar hit just like his parachuting back into the PM chair.

They have Christmas Island overflowing for months now and Manus has been half shutdown. How long do you think it will take to get it ready to take 3000 people when it would struggle to hold 300?

How long do you think it will take the people smugglers to work out that they can overload the system easily.

Make sure you do a heel click in the conga line on as you lead the rest of the numptys on your way around the room :rofl

This is an absolute no brainer.

In PNG's entire 7 million population, only 4 thousand people are Muslim. This move will therefore be creating an ethnic minority from scratch. This won't end well.

Personally, I doubt this policy will ever reach fruition, it's a pacifier, a pre-electoral sweeter to scratch the refugee dilemma off the agenda to win seats.

PNG have already advised they aren't in a position to accommodate 300 much less 3000, so like IQ's has already said, it wont take them long to realise they can overload the system.

Furthermore, I doubt these Muslim refugees will receive a warm reception in the unlikely event they are forced to settle there in the long term.

Again, Labor are trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

Stop the boats my ass.

Poor Skippy. Don't be mean to him, IQ. Skippy doesn't want Labor to win, he wants Greens to win.

Don't you Skip?

I suppose he would like to see the babby killers get in so he could go back to being able see children die and watch as they are smashed against the rocks.

Just posted this over at OzPol.
Mister Vainglorious would be almost slashing his wrists (down the road not across the road) after even a 1% drop in his "popularity".

Again KRudd is proving he is ... vainglorious .... everyone I have spoken to agrees and many of them are Labor voters. Some even prefer not to vote than vote Liberal and that is their choice.

You may not warm to Tony Abbott but sensible Australian people want the best for Australia as Tony does. He is a decent, honest man. He will do his best for Our Country, Australia ... he already contributes without fan fair ... he is a man of principles ....... Rudd is just vainglorious.
PS Just got a phone political survey ... Press 1,2,3 etc. Can't recall which organisation it was .... as Skippy says "feel the fear" .... Grin
The main thing I am posting it here is due to the PS. Phone call that said "babble babble babble" ... wanna ask some questions about ?

The FIRST ever!

1. If an election was held today who would you vote for? Press 1 for Labour, 2 for Liberals, 3 for Greens.

2. Is this your final decision or will you change your mind Press 1 for yes 2 for no

etcetera

Oh and despite Monk claiming that nobody rings landlines as only OLD people have them. BS. One question was something like:

3. Can you indicate by using the touch phone, your age. I gave my real age, obviously.

4. Who would you prefer ........

blah blah.
