Time 100 is an annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world, as assembled by the American magazine Time. First published in 1999 as a result of a debate among American academics, politicians and journalists the list is now an annual event. Although appearing on the list is frequently mistaken as an honor Time makes it very clear that people are recognized for changing the world, for better or for worse.
Check what Germain Greer had the gall to write about Julian Assange, in Times100 'Muckraker'.

It seems, Time is of the view that it's acceptable to denigrate men, even influential men who really do influence world opinion, for better or worse.
Has Gillards fishwife rant influenced people around the word, the way Wikileaks Julian Assange has?
Not even close.
In 10 ... even 50 years from now, the world will still be talking about Julian Assange, that Wikileaks guy gave us the Climatic Research Unit email controversy (also known as "Climategate") embarrassing a Copenhagen UN summit as the world looked on ...yet 50 years from now the only thing people will be wondering about Ms Gillard the unelected, is how she managed to squander a surplus and rack up so much debt all the way from her kitchen.
