It seems that the fiasco regarding Chinese university students in Australia has reached the USA.
The Washington Post has printed the above story.
Note that Scumo has been quoted as saying..."no exception would be made for the thousands of Chinese students, despite their importance to the economy.....
It means they’re not in the country, which means they’re not participating in the economy,”
Well that's a bit different to what he said a day or so ago where he stated that Australian States would, on a case by case
basis, consider permitting Chinese University students to re-enter Australia.....
AND yet Australian universities are offering up to $7,500 to assist students to return to Australia.....
Apart from doing a total about face on his earlier decision, Scumo is now simply pandering to the Chinese and the
Universities by allowing them re-entry due to the financial scheme offered by the universities...
Of course Chinese students contribute tens of millions of dollars to the Australian economy.....
This is a classic case of buck passing by Scumo….
If he had any integrity, he would tell the Universities that they should abandon their payment schemes...
He is effectively holding the health of all Australians in disdain by creating the illusion that the universities
are to blame for this...not me.....
If this payment scheme goes ahead Scumo is totally disregarding the entire Australian population....
He is an absolute disgrace to this country.....
The number of Chinese students in Australian Universities seems to vary.
The Australian Government has recently stated the number as being 190,000
That's 190,000 possibilities of carrying the virus into Australia......

And now ScoMo has declared a pandemic and everyone will be tested who enters Aus. It's useless and will just cause panic amongst the plebs.

Just because they are tested entering Australia doesn't mean they aren't carrying the virus.

If Australia wants to be neutral, OK, but that would include telling Chinese students they can't enter your country at this time. You could at least join us in turning the screws on Iran's economy.

It only got coverage when Schumer came out and called Trump a racist for doing so.

An entire task force was assembled in January and the media did not report it. Now, however, they are screaming he isn't doing enough.
