You continue making them, I'll continue pointing them out.J o h n S m i t h wrote:from someone who thinks crying about 'vacuous posts' on every topic is good debateIQS.RLOW wrote: You highlight nothing but your own vacuous posting and nut gobbling abilities.
You could try something other than the vacuous content of the tens of thousands of your posts here and at Ozpol for a change.
I won't hold my breath. You don't have the intelligence to post anything other than the crappy one liner rubbish otherwise there would be at least a few fractions of a percentage of your posts showing you could be capable of starting a discussion or debate or even contributing to an existing one.
Neither you nor LW are capable at all hence you both just dribble post and support each other like an old gay couple bitching and flapping your wrists without adding anything.

You certainly wouldn't make any money renting out your sporting goods.Neferti~ wrote:Does anybody here rent?

I got a mortgage in 1983 .... I had it paid off by 1996, thanks to a couple of "windfalls". It wasn't easy but just as well as in my retirement I am "rent free", otherwise I wonder how I would cope.

You should do a google search on property taxes in the USA. Atlanta is about 1% but other states are higher. On a $ 600,000 house, one would be paying about $ 6000 a year plus about $ 2000 in water and sewage charges plus extra for other charges.J o h n S m i t h wrote:AiA in Atlanta wrote:It’s Financial Suicide To Own A House

1. the guys just bitter cause he made some stupid decisions.
2, the Australian real estate market is very different tot the USA
Flood and storm insurance and car insurance is very expensive.

New Jersey has the highest effective rate at 2.38% and is followed closely by Illinois (2.32%), New Hampshire (2.15%), and Connecticut (1.98%). On the other end of the spectrum, Hawaii has the lowest effective rate at 0.28%, and is followed closely by Alabama (0.43%), Louisiana (0.51%), and Delaware (0.55%). How does your state compare?
