Doctor losses in Gillards own electorate

From cuddling dozens of babies in her Wyndham electorate on the 15th June 2012...

To this unpalatable concern published less than a fortnight later on the 26th June 2012 at the only hospital in her electorate.

Perhaps she should fund her scant super clinics to provide birthing suites with stirrups now also, because the rate she's going, this is where they'll all end up.

What a disgrace.

If this is how Gillard takes care of her own electorate, the rest of Australia doesn't stand a chance.

Sorry Julia, but cuddling/smothering a couple of dozen babies in your Wyndham electorate wont make up for serious Doctor losses in your electorates only public hospital.

Gillard will need to do more than hug a couple of dozen babies to get her electorate to warm to her in readiness for next election. 8-)

Every second Wyndham electorate voter is either expecting, or has young children.

A well serviced local public hospital appeals to all voters, not just pregnant woman.

These doctor losses will extend to other specialities, not just obstetrics, as hospital management struggles to find the funding required to renew all it's 'existing' doctors contracts.
