My former husband was an Engineer and I have several friends who are Engineers. Scientists and Engineers are often lumped together. Their minds seem to work the same way. That is all I was saying.

On SSSF I'll take the piss out of the engineers, but essentially you're right.

Lysenkoism

Lysenkoism refers to an episode in Russian science featuring a non-scientific peasant plant-breeder named Trofim Denisovich Lysenko [1898-1976].

Just to bring you up to speed Pasta, so you are able to understand what I meant by my muse, comment.

We already knew what Pasta was getting at, Mellie.

He is right, of course, Nurses don't have anywhere near the same scientific knowledge as Scientists and Engineers do.

This is the essay Australia's ABC tried to ban, the essay the Left tried to ban on what they described as being "their ABC".

"Lysenkoism and James Hansen" by Bob Carter

An essay well worth the read, and you don't even have to be a scientist to understand it.

And nerf, if you read Pastas original comment, you will understand that he was simply trolling.
Yes, but you did Nursing, so the Science in Nursing isn't really science.

Personally, I doubt very much if pasta has any scientific background at all, but you may squelch up to him and wet your panties at the prospect of him being a scientist/engineer if you like.

Pasta has the ability to provide a lot of non-answers though. Perhaps he/she is really a politician.
