The Labor Party will win the election in 2013. The Libs have a LOT of rebuilding to do, getting rid of the plentiful duds on their front and back benches, formulating workable policies, getting away from the poison Howard inflicted on the Party, becoming moderate and human, stop demonising asylum seekers etc etc.

If they don’t do that in 2013–16 they will lose the 2016 election too. By 2019 it will be 15 years since a Lib Party was elected to govern, 12 years since Howard got booted out of Parliament. Do you really want to go for 18 and 15?
