Hmmmm Gillard is still Leader and PM with no challenge to her Leadership in sight. Guess this thread was started by IQ because he had a drug–fuelled dream that Abbott was about to be PM then woke up to reality?

Abbott is running backwards from all the scare campaign he has been running about the Carbon Tax (sic)

Love how IQ refused to recognise most Lib supporters are unhappy with Tone as potential PM. Incredible he still keeps up the pretence that Howard was a great PM. Tone would be much worse as he doesn’t have Howard’s rat cunning.

Howard, for all his many faults and failings, never ran away from pressers and doorstops, he stayed put and answered all the questions, just like Gillard does. Abbott will turn around and walk out of his own pressers when the questions get just a tad hard.

Gillard will be sole qanda panelist next Monday. Tone has been asked three times so far but has not agreed. This hiding from scrutiny is just no on in someone who wants to be the next PM.

Fortunately, Abbott will not be PM. I predict increasingly confidently that he will be deposed as Leader by end of August. Easy to see why: his scare campaign against the Carbon Price has already failed, Thomson and Slipper cases are about to blow back in his face and then what does he have?

And this morning a piece of Howardista shit floated to the surface: AFP officer was pressured to close the AWB case:

The great GDP numbers that came out yesterday will show to any rational person that the ALP government are doing a sterling job managing the economy under very difficult circumstances.

Monk, have you ever thought that you might be able to come up with something ORIGINAL and in your own words? Since you are so intelligent, good looking and rich, and all.

Slipper had also asked the Fed. court for permission to issue subpoenas:
Mal Brough subpoenaed in Slipper case

Former Howard government minister Mal Brough has been subpoenaed by the Federal Court in connection with the Peter Slipper case.

Lawyers for the Commonwealth today told the court that former staffer James Ashby, who is suing Mr Slipper for sexual harassment, colluded with another staffer, Karen Doane, to undermine Mr Slipper's reputation and advance his political opponents, including Mr Brough.

Oh dear, looks like it won’t be Brough for Fisher in 2013 after all. Slipper knows where the Liberal bodies are buried and is going to disinter them all. What a stupid act by Pyne and Abbott!
