I remember a flasher wanking in the "dunes" at Brighton Beach (Melbourne) when I was a mid-teen. Wonder whether this creep went on to abuse young girls.

Most flashers, I imagine, are just out to "shock" females. If you fall about laughing and pointing they would probably tuck it back in and run off.

On the other hand, and if you watch Foxtel Crime Channel ...........
