Mantra, bobs a red, not a green. Sorry. :|
Yet the Greens support the state of Palestine. They aren't capitalists Mel. There is little difference between capitalism and communism.

They are confused.... Greens supporters are being led down the garden path under the guise of Bob Brown not being the UN EU foot soldier that he is.

His loyalty is with the UN, EU, he see's them as some utopian benevolent all-knowing righteous and powerful entity, like a kind of god if you will.

They have enough dirt on him to incarcerate him permanently, he sold his soul to them years ago, recall the Goldman award that kick-started his Greens super-fund and political career?

Pun intended.

Mantra, Bob isn't who you think he is, sadly, many people aren't.
But what makes him particularly repugnant is that he's good at alluding otherwise, is good at playing dumb and almost too stupid, igronant to know what's really going on much less take a bribe the way he did. Looks can be deceiving!

He's a hypocrite of the highest order, even his internal greens collegiates know this, this and are just trying to figure out a way of getting rid of him without destroying what's left of their party.

There are still a number of 'genuine' Greens members left, it's just your trust has been misplaced when it comes to sideshow Bob i'm afraid Mantra.
You arent alone though.

PS- Bob Brown couldnt give a shat about Palestine, PNG, Libya etc etc... his loyalty is with Goldman and the Jews.

I gathered that 1.5 tonnes of water used to clean the suits worn by workers shutting down the facility had been improperly disposed of, and that the water had a radioactive content of 33 becquerels per gram. I calculated the total radioactive load in MBq and roughly converted it to grays. I then referenced grays against common doses we are exposed to every day, and against doses which are known to cause pathology.

What did you do?
so unless you have a crystal ball Mattus.... 8-)
In the absence of a crystal ball, I was forced to use a scientific approach instead.
Just have to wait and see , this and continue playing around with radioactive substances in volatile and geologically 'unstable regions ie, Japan until then I guess.
I've just finished pointing out that they are, in fact, not continuing with nuclear projects in Japan. In fact the guys wearing the suits that caused this "leak" were shutting the plant down. Which seems to be exactly what you are hysterically calling for.

Shutting the facility down?

Then you are sillier than you look.

So I take it you believe the 'official' line about a few dumb worker suits contaminating a bathtub full of water then?

Good for you.

Dont worry, the truth comes out in the wash, even if it takes a while.

Here it is again.... Mattus

Japan's nuclear safety watchdog Monday said a leakage of about 1.5 tonnes of low-level radioactive water occurred at a plant of Japan Atomic Power Co. in the village of Tokai in Ibaraki Prefecture. The Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency launched an investigation to check whether the water had leaked into the sea. The water was used to decontaminate radiation protection suits and other items and was contaminated to an extent of 33 becquerels per gram, adding that the leakage occurred when water was transferred from a storage tank to another tank of a nuclear reactor during decommissioning Wednesday.

And from this you have deduced your plant safety PLUS report when Japan are yet to complete theirs?

Facinating!

And these recent radiation spikes just a coincidence Mattus?

Decommissioning it, yes. I guess technically it has been shut down for a little over a year now.
Then you are sillier than you look.
Nice ad hom.

A 1.5 tonne bathtub of water, yes.

You seem to be mocking the concept of using the information available to arrive at a preliminary conclusion. If you're operating on better information than is available to the rest of us, please don't hesitate to share it in a brief, sincere and lucid way. Simply posting links filled with review articles on Neutrino research suggests an attempt to draw a link where there isn't one.

They pre-date the leak by about a month.

The leaks have been ongoing, (accidental or otherwise) get with the program.
Look at the time-line of events and corresponding soil and seawater samples from surrounding districts.

The take home message is simple, Jetstar can jamb their cheap tickets to Japan.

Take a look at this Mattus...

Are you staying in Japan at present by any chance?

If so, my sincere condolences.

Recomended upgrades for the T2K (Tokai to Kamioka) Japan facility.

The title of this thread should read.."Fed up with so called nuclear accidents around the world?"

Because Japan aren't the only ones obsessed with neutrinos, and it's potential for modern warfare and global dominance.

Say goodbye to Taser guns and hello to the next generation of energy weapons , the T2K Nutrino 3000, for all your biscuit thieving prevention needs.

;) Enjoy your afternoon.
