For fighting for a rebate on excise for small breweries and so allowing them to become rather bigger breweries! Nothing like a glass of lovely cold beer on a hot summers day! But the beer has to be all malt and hopped so it is decently bitter.
Now more of the amber fluid will become available and that is a good thing!
The excise rebate has been a very sore point for boutique breweries.
