It is clear that gov't give massive grants to big industry and nothing to the small business that want to get ahead and become something, why do they give an industry that has $1 billion in profit super sized grants of $500mil - $1 bil when it is not needed?
A case just a few yrs ago where a vineyard was setting up but forgot to calculate power installation to the plant, they asked for a grant and were giver $200mil, the vineyard closed down within 12mths, therefore the $200mil was lost.

Yes, it is a hell of a lot of money to be spent on a basic item the rest of the world has, but for a country where some 95% of the area is covered with internet useage then it isn't too bad, what I would like to know is why Costalot and Howard said that the money is "Future funds" my question is this, "When does the future begin?" If probelms are not worked on now then our future gens have nothing.
Plus, no one can ever say that it is only th lab gov't giving these giant grants out.
No, a company that has been able to gain XXX billion in profit should not be allowed to make app for grants, when they have the money they should not be bribed into getting something done within the service they provide.
