Well this is an interesting issue.

You should not have any of that because you are a good guy and are helping a desparate man get what he is entitled to and does not know how to do it.

You have not go a formal agreement that stands under law to entitle you to a commission or a service fee.

The % is over the top for thr service you have provided.

Moral rating - Very High - Gtes you in to meet Alah.

2. For

If you did not help him he would have got nothing.

You have a written agreement for a % or a service fee that stands up in court.

Moral rating: - Very Low - Gets you into see the Devil but guarantee as good time.

The Public Trustee is the Executor of your Mother's Will. That gives it the obligation to 'prove' the Will (a clevah lawyer term for getting a thaing called 'Probate') and then, give effect to the Testatrixe's intent which is......deliver her Estate to you, her Son, tramp, Hobo, street dweller, pretty dumb, but not entirely stupid, you.

I mean....you get $850,000.00? You? You are a fuck wit, a drunk, a tramp, a grub....you stink, you don't eat properly, you waste your Pension on booze and the pokies. You are a loser.
