This was like the yellow cards they gave you when you left the hospital with your baby, which were replaced with Blue books.

It's not a birth certificate, yet ironically enough, she demands a re-print and ' correction' of the child's death certificate?

Lets see the birth certificate first.

And clinic sisters/paediatricians signature and notes also.

The cause of Azaria's disappearance (and presumably her death) is offically recorded as unknown. The Chamberlains were acquitted of her murder and cannot be retried in the event that new evidence is forthcoming.

In August 2005, a 25 year old woman Erin Horsburgh claimed that she believes she may be Azaria Chamberlain. She made the claim to both an Alice Springs newspaper and police who rejected the claim. She said she was rescued from the dingo by a Mutitjulu man and taken to live among a white family, members of a religious sect. Erin Horsburgh insisted that a sample of her DNA compared with DNA taken from the Azaria's clothing would solidify the proof. Authorities refused to do the tests, denying the possibility of her claim. Lindy Chamberlain declined to comment, despite Horsburgh's request to be reunited with her mother.

Investigations of Horsburgh's home town revealed a history of her dating much older men, and that she was adopted under strange circumstances. Her adopted parents also believe that she could be Azaria Chamberlain, and have encouraged Erin Horsburgh to find her biological parents.

Authorities continue to refuse an investigation, and have never compared the DNA samples. Public perception has generally been that this is a hoax, and only one newspaper, the Centralian Advocate from Alice Springs has conducted an interview. Although Horsburgh's claims were denied by popular media in 1980, Horsburgh's theory is 100% consistent with claims made by Australian Aboriginals who were in Mutitjulu at the time of the alleged offence.http://www.articleworld.org/index.php/A ... hamberlain

Would it hurt to do a simple test, check Lindy's DNA?

If it's a case of the young woman being 'unwell' and I suspect it is, what's the harm in putting the poor girls mind at rest?

Whats interesting is that the girls adoptive parents are encouraging her to contact the Chamberlains, to find out if she really is Azaria.

Unfortunately, Lindy is too busy being one of Australia's most influential woman and paying tribute to her alleged deceased infants $hrine at the National Museum of Australia to put this poor wretches mind at peace.

Could this be the reason she's in a hurry to finalise Azarias death certificate, because for the record, the cause of death has a question mark next to it, "Cause of death unknown".

I found this poor young woman's creepy forum (which I wont put up until I am 110 % certain it's hers) this evening, and have to say, the ABC might want to rethink their treatment of this young woman.

Perhaps a little of Lindys DNA has rubbed off onto this vulnerable and damaged young woman afterall, with Lindy finally agreeing to squeeze her excommunicated secularised and damaged adult daughter in between meetings with her publicist, PR consultant and her Azaria exhibits museum curators?


Erin Horsburgh, I wonder if she dated a bloke called Frank Cole?

Or was he a cheque-book figment of the Chamberlains imagic'nation also?
