you mean ciggies aren't healthy, but all those sportspeople have a chuff in match breaks
and, and, and
and the tobacco companies reassure us that it is healthy
Besides all those millions who smoke can't be wrong
And all those millions who die earlier than expected never seem to regret or attribute smoking to their demise.

But wait,
I have more....
and all those tobacco companies generate so much employment too
and those employees all have families and they all lead healthy lifestyles
and
and
and without those tobacco companies then the druggies wouldn't be able to 'dilute' their weed and would have to smoke it straight, so that's good too isn't it.
Must be healthy
and and and
all those druggies who then move onto harder drugs, look at all that employment they create
and any tobacco related health issue also creates employment with the doctors, medical centers, and all their infratsructure......milllions of people rely on the tobacco industry for employment directly or indirectly and they all lead healthy lifestyles
and and yes I have more
there's all the shareholders and investors in tobaccoa related products
so yes tobacco is healthy

Actually a bit of real sugar can be a good idea. Lots better than drinking diet softdrinks with aspertame in them, and better than sprinkling aspertame on your cereal or other food. Go for the natural. Real sugar in moderate amounts is better ..AiA in Atlanta wrote:Reminds me of the old cigarette ads that promoted tobacco as healthy.

Better to stay away from all sugar whatever the form and artificial sweeteners as well.annielaurie wrote:Actually a bit of real sugar can be a good idea. I've recently been buying Natvia which I'm slowly getting used to. It has a bitter taste but the main ingredient Stevia is natural with no calories. The other ingredient is Erythitol which is fairly harmless too as long as you're not allergic to it. You can just buy Stevia on it's own, but only from health food shops.
Stevia is a genus of about 240 species of herbs and shrubs in the sunflower family (Asteraceae), native to subtropical and tropical regions from western North America to South America. The species Stevia rebaudiana, commonly known as sweetleaf, sweet leaf, sugarleaf, or simply stevia, is widely grown for its sweet leaves. As a sweetener and sugar substitute, stevia's taste has a slower onset and longer duration than that of sugar, although some of its extracts may have a bitter or licorice-like aftertaste at high concentrations.
Erythritol ((2R,3S)-butane-1,2,3,4-tetraol) is a sugar alcohol (or polyol) that has been approved for use as a food additive in the United States[1] and throughout much of the world. It was discovered in 1848 by British chemist John Stenhouse.[2] It occurs naturally in some fruits and fermented foods.[3] At the industrial level, it is produced from glucose by fermentation with a yeast, Moniliella pollinis.

My preference for a sweetener, apart from my personality, is honey
