No doubt there were plenty of drownings under the Coalition's reign also, but I agree that this government's policies aren't working in regard to asylum seekers. We need to initiate the hard policies again as much as they seemed abhorrent at the time.
It's ironic that we're sending our best young men over to Afghanistan to be killed yet we are, by policy alone, giving these healthy and apparently cashed up males from the same nation the welcome mat.
