Mr Ingles sold his award-winning 8888 sq m Tallai Road property for $5.8 million after it was put on the market for $15 million, The Gold Coast Bulletin reports.
The home, which won Australian Bathroom Project of the Year for its $200,000 turquoise bathroom, was sold to an unnamed buyer.
The mansion features six bedrooms, including a master suite with a roof that opens, a 16-seat theatre, a gym and 1500-bottle wine cellar................

Only 1500 bottles? Wouldn't interest John Howard then. Little Johnny was only interested in 30,000 bottle wine cellars, especially the one at Kirribilly House.
