Yes they have, However the VIC police are now assessing the information and are likley to open an investigation. It seems the offences may have occured in Victoria.

My view will be he has no case to answer, lets move on! I still dont like the guy, I think he has acted unethically, It is possible to act unethically and not criminally. Would I vote for him, no. But if the powers that be clear him, good luck to him.
