No complaint, no charges.
The contrast with Sen MJ fisher facing shoplifting charges, the Lib who had $145K in legals paid by the party. do we go on and on about those? No. trial by media, by induendo bah!
And you obviously have no idea how a corporate credit card works. Better stick to talking about boxing.

The ACT Liberals have been naughty, again:
As I said, those who aspire to politics rarely can keep their dick in their pants and their hands out of others’ pockets. The interesting bit is policy. I leave to others to denigrate people they don’t really know relying on newspaper reports mostly slanted and often wrong.
http://www.canberratimes.com.au/news/lo ... 67085.aspxThe Canberra Liberals are in more trouble over their use of ACT taxpayers' money, this time over government printing resources.
Opposition Leader Zed Seselja has apologised to the Legislative Assembly after the party was caught using taxpayer-funded printing resources to produce hundred of flyers for a Liberals' fund-raiser.
Last month the party paid back $10,000 it had claimed from a government fund set up to help volunteer groups look after the city's poor and needy. The latest incident, described by Mr Seselja as an honest mistake, prompted Assembly Speaker Shane Rattenbury to write to Assembly members last week reminding them of their obligations around the use of public funds.
Mr Rattenbury wrote that he had contacted the party over the ''breach'' that involved ''the printing on an Assembly photocopier of several hundred party colour flyers that clearly promoted a party fund-raising function and which sought political donations.''
In his letter, the Speaker pointed out to all the Assembly's members that they were bound by the parliament's code of conduct and their staff were bound by strict rules about the use of entitlements for personal gain or uses outside legitimate parliamentary or electorate purposes.
Section 11 of the code of conduct states that MLAs must ensure public resources are used only for their intended purposes.
''Members must not misuse or permit the misuse by any other person or body of these resources,'' the code states.
''Members shall not misuse funds allocated for official purposes.''
After Mr Rattenbury's warning, Mr Seselja apologised to the Assembly, telling members a new staff member had made an honest mistake.
''A printing mistake was made by a staff member in my office that saw material produced that was not within the guidelines of the Assembly,'' he said. ''I am advised the material was printed by a new staff member who had received an ambiguous instruction relating to printing from a USB flash drive where two documents were printed instead of one.

Of course I know how a corporate card works! How about you stick to the issues at hand instead of trying the bulshit deflection, distraction strategy. If the Hon senator is found guilty then she should go, at least she is being investigated and will have her time in court.Jovial Monk wrote:No complaint, no charges.

The fact that this person used his card for the purpose he did, Spending his members funds on the little jolly or jollies he had then denied using, it is the problem. He did not pay the money back until he was caught and even then he required the ALP to bail him out. If his denial is plausable why wont he name the person who must have fraudualantly used his card. His signiture was used, His licence was given, his mobile phone was used. Now he either used the card or someone has Forged his signiture, Presented false id and inappropriatley used the gentlemans phone. This is theft. If he did not do the "crime" he is covering up, aiding the person who did. This is also a crime.

Re: How does this guy still have his job?
Of course you care. Labor person you pursue trial by media and innuendo.
Re: How does this guy still have his job?
How does this guy still have his job? Why are there no decent Libs in Fed Parlt to call a halt to this:
Tony Abbott is a piece of shit:
Further, it seems that the charges placed against MJ Fisher, the hoky koky Senator from SA, were placed six months before they became public and she will plead a medical condition!
Tony Abbott is a piece of shit:
Written agreement just torn up! Somebody not allowed to attend the funeral of a close friend. Tony Abbott is a pure piece of shit and Malcolm Turnbull is too gutless to challenge or leave the Libs and sit as an independent! These are the people that think they are fit to hold high office?Tone not granting a pair for any reason so neither Crean not Turnbull can attend the funeral (memorial service) for Margaret Olle. Both are furious!
Tweet between Grog's gamut and Possum:quote from PB:GrogsGamut Greg Jericho
A little? RT @Pollytics: No pairing for funerals? Sounds a little sociopathicTone will wreck anything to be PM, then he will really wreck the nation and fools like Hockey won't be able to stop him. The Liberal Party should come to its senses! They may be riding high in the polls now but Tone is not popular and at some stage will shoot himself in the foot an the Lib party—and democracy—will be big losers! How badly do the Libs want power? The nation is well run, Parliament is working, the minority govt situation offers them opportunities too. Sacrifice everything for power now? Sure, fanbois like Deepshit and NOIQ will cheer him on but they have no interest in demography and would like a one-party state, besides being ultra-shallow intellectually and emotionally retarded.Crean and Turnbull were paired to attend service. It was approved in writing by Abbott last week. Last night Abbott tore up the agreement. Crean fuming and supposedly Turnbull very disappointed
What a difference! PB quote:From the PM’s condolence speech re Margaret Olley:
Our thoughts in this place are especially with Malcolm and Lucy Turnbull who so often sat around Margaret's table in Paddington. Like so many others they have lost a dear and wonderful friend.
Further, it seems that the charges placed against MJ Fisher, the hoky koky Senator from SA, were placed six months before they became public and she will plead a medical condition!

Once again trying to distract from this issue I raised! I dont agree with the decision to suspend the pairing arrangment. I am also happy that the Lib senator is going to court. I hope justice is done and if she is found guilty she is out and good ridence.
I am not happy wit the decline in standards on both sides of the political devide. You, sir, seem to be able to accept lower standards from the Left side of politics while being quite happy to attack the right.

Re: How does this guy still have his job?
All I did is point out Thomson hadn't been charged. And that abbott is a piece of shit.
Re: How does this guy still have his job?
http://blogs.crikey.com.au/pollbludger/ ... ent-995001I can’t remember a more disgraceful week of orgying and merry feasting upon the life and reputation of an INNOCENT man.
Rumour, innuendo…certain knowledge based on unsubstantiated allegations and SFA…has easily trumped the consideration of FACTS and HARD EVIDENCE linking this person to the events leading to those allegations.
Declarations of certain guilt and the need for the severest penalty and/or damnation in hell for heinous crimes….has trumped the need for cool and rational jurisprudence…Never mind due process…let’s just hang the bastard!!
This suspension of normal decencies and conventions has been initiated and then whipped up by our “alternative PM” & his muck-racking cronies….and eagerly brought to the masses by our now almost totally tabloid MSM….
The hysteria and almost complete lack concern for fairness & due process that differentiates “civilised” human beings from the rampant/ignorant lynch-mob has been both very ugly to watch and depressing to think about…
Craig Thomson is an INNOCENT man….FFS can’t we stop talking sh*te and drawing conclusions about events that we don’t understand and/or have no FACTS/EVIDENCE on which to form a quality judgement…
Rant over…. as you were…
Sums up the disgusting lynchmob mentality of some pretty well.
