So you are contending that money raised fom royalties should only be spent on Perthites and not spent in the rest of WA? Interesting!!!

I am saying that Barnett should stop robbing households, companies incl miners to pay bribes to the Nats. He is also trimming Health and Education etc budgets to keep paying the “Royalties to Regions” and if he keeps doing that WA will miss out on other C/w initiatives.
