As regards your above question .. my advice?

1) Sit back and watch closely .. and do nothing.
Aussie, could you please ask Lisa the following... 8-)

Sit back and watch for what? What signs would you look for, whilst sitting back, to tell you that the market had probably bottomed?

But some relatives who earn much more than we do have just informed us that they are selling their investment property because the financial burden is becoming too much. As I have always thought, it really has been allowed to become much to expensive for people of ordinary means to afford a house with a prudent and sensible level of debt repayment.

Ahh ok. When you get back .. I would love to hear a bit more about this.

It will be very beneficial for us to look at why an investment property doesn't always work out.

In case you've not yet realised .. I'm really passionate about property.
Wot a load of bull$#!+ ... you've made it abundantly clear you know nothing about property speculation.

Prove me wrong ... here's a really easy test ... if a party was interested in an existing dwelling intended to remain on the site, or for relocation, what are the 1st 2 factors/features to check/inspect? .. same 2 answers apply to both options.

Just checked, you're online right now 10:27 pm, 15 minutes to answer. clock's running.

As I suspected, failed, but not as I expected, by forfeit.

Its a really easy question, if you're genuine, you could spit it out in seconds. Clock's running.

Bumpity Bump

I'm starting to think that she doesn't know the answer. Not to worry Leftwinger... I know the answer and will give it if absolutely necessary. But meanwhile... let's watch Lisa's, the artful dodger, avoid answering questions on a subject she claims to know about. 8-)

Still got a few minutes to prove yourself ... not going to look real good with no credibility on a topic you claim to specialise in.

EDIT ADDITION - Lefty's currently offline, so you're not discussing anything with him.

Righto time's up.

The 2 very obvious answers to the question are wiring and plumbing ... which you would have known if you weren't a fraud.

Next fairytale.
