My wife grew up in far north QLD, in the farming communities of the Atherton tablelands. High Italian and Spanish population (not sure about Greek). Have visited there plenty of times. Seranada's in Mareeba used to make what must surely have been some of the best pizza in the country. And then the last time we went up there, they had been bought out by bloody Dominoes!!! From family recipe to commercial mega-churn. Tragic.
