And on the point of your reasoning away your guilt... can I just point out that it is not your business to dictate who a person should be like and how that person should behave where it is that the persons behaviour falls within the forum guidelines. If it was offensive, as you have claimed after the fact... then one must ask, why did you do nothing. You could have reported the abusive posts. You could have put me on ignore. You could have sent me a private message telling me of your concerns. You could have suggested much, much earlier in the piece that I should restrict my teen speak to one thread... but you did none of this which implies, given your excessively expressive nature, that there was no offending behaviour.

And your meanness continues without justification and without retaliation in kind. This is the real conundrum. I have a promise to honour. I will not insult or show meanness towards anyone... but rather than show me the same courtesy, you verbally abuse me. That's very wrong... irrespective of whether we are virtual or real. You are not bound by a promise made without consideration, as is the case here. Another Mod must have dealt with your 'reports,' as I cannot recall seeing any. If you have a concern, feel free to PM me about it.

Sappho/MM.....can I ask that you review the relevant PM exchange we had? I am sure that after you have done that, you will see that I was not asking you to do mod like work. I was asking for an opinion, which you freely gave, and you showed continuing interest in the outcome. I often seek the opinions of Members on many matters, a step I take before taking an issue to the Mods. So far, I have not had to call the Mods together for a discussions about a ban or suspension.
