New Constitution
As promised in my Election Statement, I am working on a draft. I have had one ready for quite some time, but there are important issues on which I would like your contributions.
1. When can a new Member vote?
2. How long ought a Petition remain current?
3. Alterations to the Constitution........obviously a certain number in support must be reached. How will that number be determined?

Re: New Constitution
1. After 3 months membership and 100 contributory posts.
2. 3 weeks.
3. A two thirds majority, but not to alter freediver's one which was pretty much forced on us- a two-thirds majority AFTER we all review and comment on and discuss your draft which you adjust and we vote to accept( a simple majority for initial acceptance.)

Re: New Constitution
Should there be an electoral role, someone in charge of vetting voters, or an automatic criteria like time and post limits?

Re: New Constitution
I think there should also be vetting- no obvious socks to have a vote and no-one posting from an ip that is doubtful- ie traces to a site where it is hard to contact and establish the identity of the poster- ie somehwere in China, or is not traceable.
Re: New Constitution
Any more ideas?
I do want to put this new Document to bed as soon as is proper.

No, fuck off.
And it's not that you're a newb... it's that you're a lame halfwit.
