Skippy, you think that I was pushed on you because that's what you choose to think. You think I have baggage because of unfounded accusations over months about things I was supposed to have done around here, which I never did. If it weren't for the baggage you think I come with, I wouldn't have any baggage. It's imaginary, it's rumor and gossip, and members like you have slipped right into it like a pair of comfortable old shoes. You want to think the worst of me, and so you do, and so therefore I have a lot of baggage. Hey?

So who is Pasta and why has no-one objected to him(?) and why are some people objecting to Annie?

I had full admin access over on Monk's board for the whole board, not just my section of it, for a while and I never saw her do one moderator action that was uncalled for or inappropriate. I don't knwo Pasta from a bar of soap and i do know Annie to some extent and she seems a very nice person. Why should i support Pasta as moderator? (Not that I don't- but why should I?)

I don’t know Pasta either but he seemed a mature, even tempered and likeable fellow in the few posts he made here. Dunno where he went.

I can confirm what ele said, she is Forum Admin for Velvet Salon there and I made her an Admin so she could help anybody else set up a member-run board or help out in some other way. This was months ago.

Deepshit, lower than shit, played a foul trick on Annie, probably with AiA’s connivance. Annie thought AiA had sent her a PM or email with his email adresses on there. That wasn’t AiA, that was Deepshit, probably with the connivance of AiA who pretended to be annie’s friend for a while. Deepshit then wrote as AiA in his silly Forum Wars forum about Annie sharing her account with me. That never happened so that was not AiA. Annie sent an email thinking it was going to AiA but of course it went to Deepshit.

Not only have I suffered from Deepshit who:
1. Tried to blackmail me back to his board with threats of taking over my account

2. Then took over my account there, including stealing my artwork which he also allowed IQ to use there.

3. Deepshit posting as Jovial Monk then made remarks to the effect of me ripping off customers etc

4. Deepshit posing as SAPOL then rang my old Mum! Mum is old and deaf but not stupid and knew something was wrong with that—too creepy she said!

I have seen what he does. Deepy got banned from D&R—it takes some doing for a rightwinger to be banned from D&R as we all know. Deepy then returned to D&R as Jovial Monk complete with my artwork. Someone contacted me about that and I contacted the mods and they transferred that account to me. Despite warnings from the mods there Deepy returned a third time, this time as Jesting Monk, again with my artwork. The mods booted him then refloated a thread where Deepy threatened all sorts of legal action if they didn’t immediately delete all his posts. I saved all those pages as HTML files, fascinating reading about Deepy!

We all know Deepy is a creep. Posing as AiA to Annie would be as natural as breathing to the scumbag.

Rainbow, no one has objected to Pasta because he was nominated on a thread that is over 100 pages long and the only comments received about him were positive ones, WE nominated him, THE POSTERS HERE nominated him on the fake thread that Aussie set up to make out he was consulting posters opinion.
People are objecting to Annie because she was forced upon us, not one person nominated her, so from that we can assume no one wanted her.
Do you understand the difference between people nominating someone and people then commenting on their opinions about that person, and someone being forced upon us like Annie was????????????????????????????????? Its pretty simple.

Don't patronise me,Annie, you were pushed upon us, no one nominated you, so therefore no one thought you were suitable.
Pasta was nominated and there are over 100 pages about who we should have as mod, you are not mentioned, you were not wanted.

Yes, she was, and that is why she has been appointed.

Get over it Skippy. Fair go.

Skippy i can see the distinction you make- however you seem to forget it was part of Aussie's platform he would appoint a newbie mod - who do you want as a newbie mod? I think Annie is a good choice. She has modded other forums, seems reasonable and is nice, is willing to take it on, has never been banned from PA (I don't think), is not DT or Monk, both of whom quite a few members object to and both of whom have been banned, is not givewn to emotional moderation, and in my eyes a good factor- is female and supports aussie's policy platform
