Commodity trading.

Post by Viking King. » Thu Apr 07, 2011 11:10 pm

Australia continues to profit from exporting top commodities to the world, including iron ore, coal, gold and crude oil

While the world struggles to stay afloat as economies crash and uprisings multiply, Australia has largely walked away from these crises unscathed. Even stronger growth is expected to bless the nation, with a number of commodities being highly desirable to countries like China and India. Abares, Australia’s natural resources forecaster, predicts that Australia’s export commodities will rise even more. Read on to learn about top commodities.
Could this mean that the world will now trade against the Aussie dollar instead of the greenback?

Interesting concept there actually, ... what would this mean for America, this and how they trade with us?

No, we are a commodities play is all, the Euro or the Chinese would be contenders for second or alternative reserve currency.

The Euro is a dead as a door knob. It was a bloody murder perpetrated by PIIGS.

Let that be a lesson to the Euro... two legs good... four legs bad.

If a change where to occur it would simply mean that America no longer holds the steering wheel, "IF" and a big if at that, we were to take over in that area, does it not mean we have the better ability?
It can only happen if the world sees it fit to move in that direction.

Well, let's look at what has happened the last day or so in regards to ASX, the libs want Singapore to buy it,
where would that then place Australia?
Singapore is part of Asia, Asia is China, China then owns Australia,
the libs want to sell ASX to Asia, and yet majority are saying that Lab is selling us off... what the?

Yeah I am glad Swan stepped in and stopped the merger with the Singapore stock exchange.

Obviously not all libs were looking for a merge or selloff, but that dropkick Hockey sure wanted it,
but I am also confident if it did go through he would have stood up and screamed about how wrong it was.

Ridiculous allowing another country to own the ASX!
