Not sure of the software pecking order there, deepy. Maybe boxy can explain. I cannot see the Admin Panel.

boxy appears to be the same as you, a Global Moderator. Not admin.

'freeloader' is not even a mod (that is to say he is not in the mod group)

He holds the sole admin role though.
