You know Skippy .. the more I think about it ... the more I think your idea has merit.

Sappho (or possibly myself) could fill that Co Mod role.

That way we could have BOTH male/female; Left/Right representation.

How about this .. we put to Aussie the idea of trialling this structure for say 3 months to see how it progressed? After 3 months the format would be reviewed and assessed in terms of its suitability/performance.
