Most of the factories are in Syndey. AFAIK the only residentials in Sydney are waterfronts - Woronora and Port Hacking rivers.
Although he's got a variety of sites from Goulburn to Innisfail.
One liitle acquision I'm hoping happens is some mob in south Brisbane has got 10 demountables to get rid of, and the only place big enough within range to store them ATM is my bush hideaway.

I enjoy pointing out peoples stupidity. You are case in point. But what me worry? I might lose a bit of capital gain if I was considering selling now but instead I just reap the rewards of increasing rents to those than can least afford it because competition for rentals goes up

Then get the capital gain back in the next year when people realise that Getup are a pack of fucking losers without a clue.

1) It wasn't JUST a typo! You have a problem with spelling.

2) If you're looking for an education .. enrol at your closest TAFE or University.

3) You EXPECT a free education by posting on this forum?

But for the record, I wouldn't be buying an investment property at this time, much better returns on the stock market and much more liquidity (I won't taunt you with my shares portfolio Lefty. I wouldn't want to add to the burden of inequity you struggle with each and every day of your meagre existence)
Owner occupier would be a different story as long as you are willing to stay put for 7-12+ years

Good afternoon IQ

My expertise is in property .. in particular the Sydney domestic real estate market. It's a big market and a good one .. and it's also been pretty much consistent as far as I am concerned. Also, I know what I'm doing ie what to look for and as such I feel quite confident. (NB. Having a strong family background in real estate has also helped).

Shares have never made me feel as confident and secure for some reason.

It would be very helpful (for me) if we had a discussion on shares at some stage IQ.
